The phrase ‘fan-girl’ is starting to piss me off just as much and the phrase ‘friend-zone’ and here is why.

ITS FUCKING DEMEANING. It reduces you to your fucking gender. Oh you can’t really be a fan of that band, you’re a girl you must just fancy someone in the band.

So fucking what if I do, so fucking what if I don’t. If I wana fuck the drummer in more deviant ways that your tiny little brain can imagine, that has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. It also has absolutely fuck all to do with my appreciation of the fucking music. If I have no sexual attraction to anyone in the band, that also has fuck all to do with my appreciation of the music.

Yeah I’m a girl, yeah I’m a fan. GET OVER IT.

Grow the fuck up people, just be happy that you met someone who likes that same bands as you. Stop trying to make yourself look like a bigger fan that they are, its fucking pathetic. Grow the fuck up.
